Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever (Matthew 6:9-13KJV). Father God, I come before You with gratitude and a heart that is surrendered to You. I pray that you will help me to forgive others as You have forgiven me time and time again. You have removed my transgressions from me as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12 NIV), so I’m asking you to give me the strength to do the same for my offenders. And as I bind, rebuke, and cast out the spirit of unforgiveness, I trust and believe that it is done already by the power of Jesus Christ. I decree and declare that as I speak, You are creating in me a clean heart and renewing a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10 ESV), so that I may be tender-hearted towards others and slow to anger, and quick to forgive in the Mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen!
Gracious and merciful God, I’m so humbly grateful that you are the Prince of Peace and that you are so kind to bless me with a peaceful life. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding always guard my heart and mind when I face trials and tribulations. Let there be holy harmony in my mind, body, and soul, protecting me always from the spirit of anxiety. Father, let Your peace rule my life and strengthen me as I rest in You all the days of my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
Lord, thank You for blessing me and surrounding me with Your favor. Thank You for giving me favor and compassion in the sight of others, as You gave Daniel in the sight of the chief of the eunuchs in Daniel 1:9. May the favor that You spoke of in Psalm 90:17 rest on me in all that I do, making everything that I do succeed. And Father, with a continued sincere heart of gratitude, thank You for fulfilling Your word in 2 Corinthians 9:8 by making every favor and earthly blessing come to me in abundance, so that I always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient, possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
Thank You, Father, for blessing me with Godly wisdom and integrity to manage my finances well. As I seek Your Kingdom and righteousness first, and honor You with the first fruits of my income, I am assured in Matthew 6:33 and Philippians 4:19, that You will give me everything I need. And Lord, keep me free from the love of money and help me be content with what I have knowing that You will never leave me nor forsake me as you promised in Hebrews 13:5. God as I become faithful over a few things, I know that you will entrust me with more of Your blessings, making me rich with no sorrow added to my wealth. And that kind of financial increase will allow me to see the fulfillment of Deuteronomy 28:12 in my life, where I’m the lender, not the borrower. I’m so grateful, Father, that as I become wiser in handling money with care and stewarding it with You in mind, You will continue to increase me more and more, both my family and me, according to Psalm 115:14-15. Father, thank You for placing on my heart the desire to grow in Your word. Lord make me completely sure of what You want by giving me all the wisdom and spiritual understanding I need; that this will help me live in a way that brings honor to You and pleases You in every way; that my life will produce good works of every kind and that I will grow in my knowledge of You; that You will strengthen me with Your own great power, so that I will be patient and not give up when troubles come. Then I will be happy as your word says, Lord, in Colossians 1:9-11 (ERV). In Jesus’ name. Amen!
Our daily prayer as a community is to pray to God with one purpose in mind, as the believers and followers of God did in Acts 4:24-30. This particular prayer, in part, in Acts chapter 4, will be our cornerstone prayer for this community because we want to be always courageous enough to speak God’s word and not be silenced by fear.
