Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom He gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.

Thoughts:
The word of God is rich in more ways than one because it fills our lives with everything that we need. And it is our job to use the Godly wisdom that our Father gives to us to teach and counsel one another on how to live according to the Gospel. In other words, it’s our responsibility to help each other become wise in God’s word, and with gratitude, we should worship by singing spiritual songs.
Today’s Assignment:
I want to encourage you to listen only to praise and worship music today, with a thankful heart towards God and His living word. Also, pay attention to how your mood shifts when you listen only to gospel music versus secular music.
