God is able to do much more than we ask or think through His power working in us.

Thoughts:
Sometimes we ask the Lord for just enough to get by, and He blesses us with more than enough to meet all our needs with plenty left over to share with others. And with God’s power working in us, we can accomplish way more with Him than without Him. What we can achieve independent of the Lord in a year, He can do in a month or less. In saying all that, don’t be afraid or modest when you pray because God can do what your thoughts can’t even think. So, ask and expect Him to deliver a miracle to you and through you.
Today’s Assignment:
Ask God to do the impossible, but make sure your motives for what you’re praying for are pure. I know I may have lost some of you on that last part, but remember, when God blesses you, it’s not just for you. He wants you to glorify His name and bless His people with what you receive from Him. I know you know this already, but I’m going to say it anyway: being selfish is not the will of God, never has been, and never will be. And what God gives is always greater than the gift itself.
