The Lord gives us the ability to create wealth so that we have more than enough for ourselves and plenty left over to bless others. And this is a covenant agreement He made with our fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and it will come to pass if we’re obedient to His commands. The kind of wealth that God gives is not just monetary. But it’s spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and relational—bringing us joy, happiness, peace, vitality, and prosperity from all directions in our lives. And that’s the kind of wealth that only God can give.
Prayer:
Thank You, God, for giving me the ability to produce wealth so that You can keep the promise You made to my ancestors. In the name of Jesus, I’m asking You to help me discern Your will for my life, so that I can live out in real time the abundant life You have promised me. Father, give me the willpower not to get distracted by counterfeit opportunities disguised as blessings. And give me the desire to want only what You want for me in Jesus’s name. Amen!
