Father, thank You for placing on my heart the desire to grow in Your word. Lord make me completely sure of what You want by giving me all the wisdom and spiritual understanding I need; that this will help me live in a way that brings honor to You and pleases You in every way; that my life will produce good works of every kind and that I will grow in my knowledge of You; that You will strengthen me with Your own great power, so that I will be patient and not give up when troubles come. Then I will be happy as your word says, Lord, in Colossians 1:9-11 (ERV). In Jesus’ name. Amen!
